This is a work at your own pace art therapy course. The goal of this program is to promote well-being through art therapy and meditation. You’ll learn tools to self-soothe, find stillness, and relaxation. Creating art in and of itself is therapeutic. Don’t try to make it perfect, have fun and go with the flow. Tap into your inner child and allow yourself to play.
