My name is Kimberly Hetherington. I’m a transpersonal art therapist, meditation facilitator and writer.
By creating a safe space for exploration and healing, my goal is to help you build upon your inner sense of strength, strengthen your resilience and gain self-awareness.
A typical transpersonal art therapy session includes meditation, expressive art-making, and talk therapy. You don’t need to be an artist to participate. You can learn more about how it works here.
