My name is Kimberly Hetherington and I’m a certified transpersonal art therapist and meditation teacher. I’ve worked in hospitals, corporate settings, and community centres with people from all walks of life. I focus mainly on areas of self-development, grief, and anxiety.
I’m passionate about developing connected programs and one on one sessions that ignite the imagination, awaken the spirit, and increase feelings of belonging.

How can Transpersonal Art Therapy help me?

Group Art Therapy
You can find all upcoming group therapy workshops on Eventbrite. Workshops focus on a range of different themes and involve creative prompts, meditation, and group sharing. The intention behind these groups is to facilitate healing, encourage a sense of community and develop genuine connection with others.
One on One
Looking for something more individualised? One on ones allow each session to be tailored to your goals and needs. You can expect a mix of holistic counselling, creative expression, and guided meditation that create the space for desired growth, transformation and healing.
