Art Therapy & Meditation in Sydney

My name is Kimberly Hetherington and I’m a certified transpersonal art therapist and meditation teacher based in North Sydney. I’ve worked in hospitals, corporate settings, and community centres with people from all walks of life. I focus mainly on areas of self-development, grief, and anxiety.

I’m passionate about developing client centered sessions that ignite the imagination, awaken the spirit, and increase feelings of belonging.

There are absolutely no artistic skills required to do art therapy. The focus is on the process rather than the outcome and there is no right or wrong way to use materials or express yourself. I don’t analyse but instead encourage you to find your own truth and discoveries.

All upcoming group therapy workshops can be found on Eventbrite. Workshops focus on a range of different themes and involve creative prompts, meditation, and group sharing. The intention behind these groups is to facilitate healing, encourage a sense of community and develop genuine connection with others.
