Art Therapy in North Vancouver
My name is Kimberly. I’m an art therapist, meditation teacher, published author, and mother, currently completing my MA in Counselling Psychology. I combine counselling, creativity, and mindfulness to create safe, supportive spaces for personal growth and healing.
My own healing journey began at the age of 25, after the death of my sister. Along the way, I met some incredible art therapists, counsellors, psychologists, and other healers who have deeply shaped who I am today, both personally and professionally.
I know firsthand how powerful art therapy can be in navigating painful emotions that we have no words for. In my practice, I’ve witnessed how art and meditation can help us access and process unspoken emotions and reconnect with our truest self.
I’m passionate about supporting others do just the same.

About Kimberly
I was born in North Vancouver and raised in Pakistan, Egypt, Ghana, Jamaica, and Ukraine. I spent most of my adult life living in Sydney, Australia and moved back ‘home’ to Canada after the birth of my second child.
My approach to art therapy is integrative. I draw on humanistic, existential, Jungian, and transpersonal perspectives. Together these frameworks share a belief in the inherent potential of each person and the transformative power of creativity. Art to me is both a mirror and doorway. It’s a mirror reflecting our inner lives, and a doorway into deeper insights and new understandings. If you are interested in learning more contact me for a free 15 minute call.
