Art Therapy & Meditation in Sydney
My name is Kimberly Hetherington and I’m a registered transpersonal art therapist and meditation teacher based in Lane Cove. I’ve worked in hospitals, corporate settings, and community centres with people from all walks of life.
I’m passionate about developing client centered sessions that ignite the imagination, awaken the spirit, and increase feelings of belonging.
There are no artistic skills required to do art therapy. You are welcome exactly as you are. Art therapy uses your innate creativity as a safe way to represent your inner experiences, develop awareness, and support personal change. The focus is on the process rather than the outcome and there is no right or wrong way to use materials or express yourself. I don’t analyse your work but instead encourage you to find your own meanings and discoveries.

“I can’t recommend Kimberly’s online art therapy highly enough. With a blend of meditation and art therapy, the experience was both relaxing and empowering. I was originally intimidated by the group concept, but hearing other peoples experiences and how they paralleled with mine was really comforting. Kimberly created a safe, open space to share which made me realise how interconnected we all are.”
