I wandered down to the beach, then walked along flat rocks to the blowhole, listening to the loud thumps of water push in between the rocks and explode above. I love watching waves, it soothes me. Maybe it’s their persistence or their way of carrying on no matter what that shows me I can do the same.

So I sit in my stable and dream of a that time when I ran free in open fields, galloping fiercely alongside other wild horses who made me feel like there was a different way to live this life. A life that tasted of freedom, adventure and spontaneity.
