Elizabeth is my big sister.
On October 13, 2013, she took her life. She was 26 years old. This website is a virtual space for making sense of life after the incredible tragedy that is suicide.
I hope anyone who lands on this site is inspired to be supportive and encouraging to others. To listen when someone is hurting, even if you can’t understand why. Just listen.
My goal is to end the stigma of mental illness through honesty and compassion by sharing my story with the world. My way of paying tribute to her life is by opening my heart to anyone struggling with mental illness and doing what I can to be of service to my community.
