Hello, welcome to planet earth.
Are you currently scrolling mindlessly through social media?
I recently went to the Sydney Modern Project on a tour by @healing_colours. The whole experience left me with so much to think about. There was one activity where we were encouraged to create a ball out of clay and contribute a piece of ‘ourselves’ to the gallery. It made me feel so insignificant, yet important at the same time. Sort of the way you might feel when you look up at the stars at night.
Curious about your shadow?
I've had the privilege of seeing a wonderful, charismatic artist each week for some art therapy. I wanted to share this picture he created (with his permission) because I found it extremely enlightening and informative. Maybe you might too.
